Harmony Day – Building the Value of KindnessHarmony Week celebrates the cohesive and inclusive nature of Australia and promotes a tolerant and culturally diverse society. On March 25th, students wore orange, cultural clothing, or casual clothing to signal we all belong and are different in our own way. Students on the SRC executive organised recess and lunchtime activities over the week. These included handball competitions and netball games for the JP’s and on Friday they hosted outdoor music on the courts. Easy to Access Parenting Information to Support your Family

SAPSASA Athletics Carnival
On Thursday 31st March, Deb and Miss Ravlich took 35 eager and enthusiastic athletes to Bulkana Oval to compete against other schools in the Tea Tree Gully District.
Our students competed in 100m, 200m, 800m and 4x100m (track events) and Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put and Discus (field events).
Some of our students were lucky enough to place 1st in their event and will receive an invitation to participate as part of the TTG District Athletics Team to compete against all other Metro Districts in South Australia later in the year.
We are so proud of all the athletes who attended – your representation of Ardtornish was excellent, as always! Thank you to the parent volunteers who provided transport, support in our events and helping with scoring on the day. We couldn’t have done it without you.
