This form needs to be returned promptly to the office by the due date Friday 28th October. LATE FORM INFORMATION MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE CONSIDERED. Accurate enrolment numbers are essential for determining the configuration of year level classes. Therefore if your family is considering moving, it is important that you let us know now. Your new school also needs this information. Even if your plans are still tentative, tell the front office, as this will allow us to plan a range of contingencies. Please inform the front office by email [email protected] or phone call 8264 8099 or by text message to 0447 467 152. |

Any children who are unsupervised in the school grounds after 3.15pm will be brought to the office where their parents will be contacted to collect their child. Please note: The Junior Primary playground is out of bounds after school as it is required for the OSHC program.
