Who could have imagined the year we have… well apparently there is a long list including Steven King and Bill Gates. Well, if I could see into the future I would love us all well rested, in good spirits and keen to bounce back into 2021, and make the most of the common wealth and the goodwill we all share.

Christmas Time…..
For some, it is all about having the Christmas Tree adorned with tinsel and lights and presents beneath it, Christmas Eve traditions of leaving the carrot for the reindeer and a glass of milk or beer and biscuits for Santa, Christmas brunch/lunch/dinner, opening presents, visiting family and friends and vegging out on the sofa after eating way too much food.
For some, it is an extra cost to add to the already tight budget and the stress of extra financial worries trying to provide an extra special day for the kids.
For some, it is an extremely challenging time for those who have lost a loved one or are away from family and friends and are at odds on how to look and act okay when inside they are not.
For some, who do not celebrate Christmas they are possibly making the most of the public holidays or maybe the sales at the shops.
For me, Christmas is an acknowledgement and celebration of love, joy and peace which is freely offered to all of us through Jesus.
